don't let comparison steal our joy

Few things distract us from our purpose like comparison.

Motherhood seems to be plagued with it! Comparison causes us to doubt our worth, feel incompetent, and forget our calling!

It's debilitating.

We miss out on so many blessings when we let comparison rule in our hearts!

Bob Goff says, "We won't be distracted by comparison if we're captivated with purpose."

I have found the best way for me to battle against comparing myself to others is to be captivated by MY purpose and driven by MY calling!

My purpose is to glorify God, be a blessing to Casey, love my children, and be light to others! Holding on tight to this calling helps me not look around too much!

I fail all the time. But I come back to my purpose, my calling, my why and I press on. It's worth it!

You are set apart for a good work!

Remind yourself of your calling!

Be devoted to your puprose!
